Banded Tunic
The Banded Tunic works with leggings or a skirt, for day, or alone as a great statement dress for cocktails after work or a night on the town. The cuffs and wide lower band are double layered, with stretch and substance from the crinkle silk. The top of Window Pleat is stitched into squares.
